Returns and Insurance Policy
All items will be despatched in premium condition.
Upon receipt and prior to signing to accept the goods, you must check the package condition in the presence of the delivery agent. Any damage should be fully investigated by immediately opening the package and determining any damage to the artwork. If there is damage, obtain a confirmation document from the delivery agent, and photograph the area of damage. Repack the item and return it.
Artworks damaged in transit are covered by the Australia Post Premium terms and conditions. Upon return any damage will be assessed, and a decision made whether to repair to an ‘as new’ condition or refund. Purchasers will be informed accordingly and without any obligation to re-purchase.
